Come along to meet and greet Estonian skiers participating in the Gatineau Loppet! We are getting together at the Earl of Sussex (A-431 Sussex Drive) on Saturday, February 19th, at 6 PM. Reservation made for the Embassy of Estonia. First round of drinks on us!

Reception in honour of President Ilves

Estonians had a wonderful opportunity to meet His Excellency T. H.  Ilves, President of the Republic of Estonia in Ottawa.  On the evening of Wednesday May 28, the traditional Baltic Evening was held in the West Block of Parliament Hill.  The following day the Estonian Embassy organized a reception at the Ottawa Hunt & Golf Club.

Estonian Independence Day Concert on Feb. 20th

To celebrate the 90th Anniversary of the Republic of Estonia a concert followed by a reception is being held on Wednesday, February 20, 2008, featuring the Tõnu Naissoo Jazz Quartet with vocalist Anna Põldvee at the Theatre of the Canadian Museum of Civilization.
